"Enemy: The Germans' War" Trailer
The creative challenge presented with this documentary series trailer was to depict the focus on the German people during WW2 with the available video footage. Most people are exhausted with the familiar videos of Hitler, tanks, and marching armies. We decided to shift attention towards Weimar Germany, a difficult task especially since very limited video footage exists of plays and galleries. With this on mind we took the novel approach of looking at the art and photography to portray the existential malaise of the German citizenry leading into the war.
Fitness Coaching Commercial
A traditional promo video created to fit the loose request of “badass film footage” to capture the spirit of the Axios brand, we found the footage and we ensured it was badass. It required us probing our diseased memories to recall scenes of phenomenal violence that did not contain gore. Scenes that made you say “hell yeah.” Obviously we had to skew older.
